I have been scratching my brain on how we are going to keep in touch. Something online would be the best for all of us since Mays is busy with everything and Eme works odd hours, and I'm just straight up lazy :) Let me know what you think and if you have a better idea.
Eating-wise, I was good all week, but I was ticked off and generally emotional, so I took it out on a couple of candy bars :( Shame on me, but splurging every so often is ok as long as you jump right back into the healthy foods.
How's the "healthy eating" going so far for you guys?

Before we send this thing out to all our sister nulls, how about I figure out a way that I'm not the sole person responsible for this thing? Lets make an email address like "fatkid@gmail.com" or something and the three of us can post whenever we want? ("whatever, whatever, I do what I want")

ReplyDeleteAs for the healthy eating, personally I've made many changes in my eating habits. I did have burger king today, but I got a salad. My weakness: soft drinks, I'm trying to limit it right now to no more than 20 oz a day. Which is a huge change from what I usually have. That I think will probably be my hardest thing to do.
Oh, and I'm sitting down tomorrow and planning out my meals/snacks for the next week. This week was more of a fly by the seat of my pants with the healthy eating just due to how busy the week was. But I have numerous gladware containers and I hit up the grocery store today and bought nothing but healthy stuff (not a single frozen dinner in the cart). So we shall see how that works out for me.

If "soft drinks" are your weakness, and you can manage to cut that out or limit your intake - you're going to drop weight pretty quickly.
